We are thrilled to be nearing completion of our stunning project with Ortillia Developments.
The windows are in, the dust is beginning to settle, the terrace is glistening is the summer sun and we are on the home straight.

Nova Clinic, Dubai
Working alongside our sister company, Qeblawi-Brooks, in Dubai we have completed the design for a sleek, unique, luxury aesthetics clinic. Onsite construction is imminent, with completion Q3 2022.

Office, Lagos
No.12 have been appointed as lead designer on a fabulous grade A* office building in Lagos working for an existing client. The 14 story office block is the base for our ultra-modern, slick design. It is home to art galleries and F&B offerings also designed by No.12.

Langham Street, London
Our show apartment was adored so much at Great Marlborough’s 38 Langham Street. That one of the purchasers appointed us to furnish their 1,000sqft Pied à Terre. A serene and inviting home for pure relaxation after a busy day in London.

Langan’s Brasserie
No.12 were hot off the mark in booking a table at the newly opened Langan’s brasserie for their Christmas Party. Resulting in the perfect day of day of champagne, cocktails, and mischief upstairs.

Successful completion of another wonderful home. A beautiful contemporary 6,000sqft family home. Interior architectural design full ff&e to furnish the built from scratch home. We were also lucky enough to work with Tom Simpson, Award winning landscaper.

Working with one of our most trusted private clients, No.12 have completed a family home in beautiful India. The 5 bedroom single story property boasts beautiful grounds with pool, terrace and glass orangery.

Morley House
Completed project and official launch of 43 units for rental market in the heart of Mayfair. Working for ‘The Crown Estate’, No.12 were responsible for the interior architectural design of the common areas. Working alongside ‘MSMR architects’. All apartments were let within a month of launching to market.

Chester Square, London
No.12 won a competitive pitch to work with one of London’s newest private developers ‘Ortillia’. We will be re-designing the entire 5 story property to restore it to its former glory of a fantastic townhouse. Re connecting the news to the main house and adding a new basement level, complete with cinema, games room and spa. Completion due Q4 2022.

The Beauty of Dublin

No.12 were thrilled to furnish another apartment in the Gasholders. The Gasholders was our founding interior designer project and lead to many more clients within the building. A project very close to our hearts.

New project announcement. We are thrilled to say we are working on a fantastic apartment in the revered location of ‘Eaton Square.’ Designing the 2,000sqt apartment with a full interior architecture renovation and ff&e selection for a wonderful private client. Completion due q1 2023.

Hamilton Terrace, London
No.12 have been appointed as the lead interior designer working alongside ‘KSR Architects’ in re -designing a 10,000sqft Georgian Townhouse into 7 wonderful lateral apartments and two mews houses in the rear garden of the property. Completion is due for 2024.
